Actually no. Leo was starting to fall under the effects immediately after being stung that is true. But he didn't officially succumb to it until an hour or so later. Raph was infected during the night, when he went to take out the egg. It's not clear what time of night that was. Much like Leo, I don't think he succumbed to the venom immediately and may have tried to fight it. With Donnie we don't know exactly when he was bitten, though it was suspected that it was some point when he and Leo were tussling on the floor. He was panicking about it while he was creating the anti-bodies and that would have drawn the venom through his system faster.

Mikey remembered the instructions that Donnie gave him and was able to fight off the effects of the Venom by beating his head against stuff and spinning around in the swivel chair.
