Kirk or Picard? Well, Kirk didn't solve all his problems by talking at them, he did it with his fists - and on green-skinned alien chicks, with his penis! So it's pretty obvious which Captain was superior. I never understood why this was even a debate. Sometimes, there IS no debate.
