Help with Podcasts?

After listening to Kevin Smith's "Smodcast" for years, and just now listening to Adam Green and Joe Lynch's "Movie Crypt", I've been very interested in making a podcast myself. I have Garageband to record it, but I can't seem to find any website that will distribute it for free so that it can go on iTunes. Hell, I'd even take a website where I can upload mp3 files for free. Does anyone know of any?
