TMNT World Record Attempt + TMNT Convention in Michigan

Hey, I just wanted to spread this information as I hadn't seen it posted anywhere yet.

There is going to be a Entertainment Expo at Gibraltar Trade Center in Mt. Clemens, MI. I've been to this place before and it's kind of...um, "trashy," but I still might go for this.

At this Expo, they're trying to break the all time record for most people dressed as Ninja Turtles. Here's the link to that info: TMNT World Record

The link about the convention is here: D-Lux Entertainment Expo

I live around Detroit so I'm very curious to see what this turnout will be. I've never heart of D-Lux Entertainment Group (Motor City Conventions is the big one in Detroit), but Kevin Eastman is supposed to there so it gives it a little credibility.

Anyways, figured I'd post this since I didn't see it anywhere yet.

EDIT: After reading more about this I'm kind of confused on what this convention is. I can't tell if it's a martial arts convention or toy/media convention. I think the show coordinators don't really know what they're going for.
