Peter Laird LIKES The Coming Out of Their Shells Tour?!

I've listened to the album, and it's not painful, but it's almost completely unremarkable. For me, rock music needs a liberal dose of bluesy, non-traditional scales and chords, which only a few of those songs have. Beyond that, it just feels like a sampling of the music that was popular at the time, except with less bite. The whole thing seems like a derivative of better music. Catchy? Maybe some songs are, but there's many songs I'd rather have stuck in my head.
