New Smash Bros for 3ds and Wii U

Is Captain Toad supposed to be the main toad? Or is blue toad supposed to be the main toad and retconned to be blue? I've read both versions. I think the only reason Blue toad is Blue was so you wouldn't have two "red" characters on screen in NSMBWii, still kind of sucks "the" toad wasn't in the game. Hell I still don't know why Peach or even Wario/Waluigi weren't in the NSMBWii/U games instead of Toads. Who in the hell prefers to be a toad than the other more iconic characters.

And why is Nintendo pushing Rosalina so hard? I never liked her since she seemed a slightly modified Princess Peach. But while she had plenty of spotlight in the first Galaxy game she was kind of put on the back burner for Galaxy 2. But she never misses a spin-off title now and to be included as a playable character in 3D World and Smash seems odd and all of the sudden. The only thing that makes Rosalina Redeemable to me is if she is indeed Mario/Peache's Daughter like the Game Theory video suggested.

As far as Waluigi, him not being on Smash is ok, but he definitely deserves to be in a game as the main Villain. He only ever appears in spin-off games. Why isn't he with Wario in the Warioware series? Why wasn't he involved in the Luigi's Mansion games? Missed opportunities. Same with Princess Daisy, why bring her back from obscurity as Luigis potential love interest only to have her stay there. Do kids today even know where Daisy is from outside of Spin-off games? But I'm already way off topic.
