City At War and other cool stories

Why doesn't Mirage finally print some tradepaperbacks?
This makes me really mad, everybody tells me how great these stories are,but it's impossible to get these issues in good old germany!
My only TMNT Comics are:

Return to New York Part 3 (will i ever own part 1-2?)
Volume 4 5-9 (it's hard to get 1-4 in germany)

I think there should be 3TPBs:

Volume 1
Issue 1-11

Return to New York

and

City at War

and

Vol4

Issue 1-10 (when does #10 arrive?)

Just look at Marvel, they sell tons of tradepaperbacks,it´s easy to get all the backissues, but it's so hard to get cool turtles stuff and mirage should change this!
