Whats a good price for this lot of TMNT Comics?

I know someone who is selling all of his TMNT comics. He has the following:

Volume 1 Complete (Most 1st printings except the first 4 or 5)
Volume 2 Complete
Volume 3 Complete

And then a couple issues from various other series (About 15 or so)

Whats a good offer for these comics? Please be serious...thanks!
