2K3 is to me the best version. They found a way to take the crazed sociopath from the Mirage comic yet take his tragic story from the Fred Wolf and blended it perfectly together. He had a great voice great look with his different robot versions of himself. I also love the Fredwolf version say what you will but the fly gimmick worked magic for the character and really helped keep him in the hearts and minds of fans for alot of years. Also he was pretty sympathetic at the start he wasn't a bad person at all he got kind of ****ed over by the Shredder and the Turtles as well. So he was a much different type of villain that you weren't used to seeing.

Nicktoon version on the other hand sucks he at times feels more like Dr. Polly Doodle or whatever his name was then Baxter Stockman. They even gave the cant remember my name joke to him as well. There really isn't much to him other then bad jokes and references to a better version of himself.
