1991 Lenticular Shredder/Super Shredder Mini Card

Today, I was cleaning out my parents' garage and found some old TMNT cards and such. Most of them are the miniature cards that came with Playmates toys, but this one oddball has me stumped. It is the size you would expect a Cracker Jacks prize to be. Is this thing rare or am I crazy? I'd love to know where it's from.

The front has one shot of cartoon Shredder holding a can of ooze and it says "OOOOOZE"....tilting the card changes the image into a closeup shot of Super Shredder. The back says "COLLECT ALL 24!" It is dated 1991 Mirage Studios. Here are some photos:

I'm always leery of posting anything on here as I don't want to break any rules. If I have, please let me know so I don't do it again!
