Was Brenda from "Adventures in Babysitting" the inspiration for Irma?

If you don't know, it's from the classic 80's Disney movie which came out in 1987. Irma debuted in the OT in 1988 in the following year:

This is also the movie that calls Thor a "homo" of the Avengers, and this was before Disney owned Marvel, and now they have a movie that makes fun of its own characters.
