I've been to Ireland. Most Irish people have black or brown hair... which makes sense since, you know, dominant genes. Also light hair tends to darken with age. Notice how many people were blonde as kids/teenagers and then their hair became brown?

Maybe Shaquille O'Neil has a distant Irish ancestor, but ofc, someone with a last name with origins in a certain country doesn't necessarily mean they're from said country.

What's wrong with the term mulatto? In my country that's what we call a half white/half black person(mulato in Portuguese). Is the term offensive in the English language or something?
