There's a difference between "ooze" and mutagen. Ooze pretty much just causes things to grow, and that's what Shredder was dealin' with in TMNT2. |
There is? I don't think so... The title is Secret of the Ooze, but they were really simply exploring the mutagen that transformed them. I was also under the impression that Shredder simply used some of the leftover 'stuff' that had been used on Tokka and Rahzar.
