Well over the years, the TMNT Franchise has had a lot of subtle and not so subtle Adult Jokes and I figured they'd be funny enough to start a thread about.

From the 2012 series "Karai's vendetta"

Mikey: We're not THAT kind of sub!

From "Mikey gets shellacne"

This is more a visual joke, as "Fried eggs" has a second meaning other than actual fried eggs. It's also a strong reference to him being the only one of the four in this series who has a very distinct feminine side.
