Saw this on Instagram yesterday posted by one of the Walt Disney World theme park long-time employees:

Sounds like Kathy Sandidge was the regular performer for April when MGM Studios featured the TMNT stage show, in addition to a long-term career at the theme park. Here are some additional pictures I've scanned from magazines and books; not totally sure it's Sandidge in every photo:
