While taking their new Shell Sub out for a little joyride, the Turtles come across an old enemy. One they'd hoped to never see, or smell, again!

That's right, The Garbage Man has returned! And he's been busy rebuilding his empire under the waves! Still scavenging from junk, this time he's taking what's on the river beds... even if he has to put it there himself!

Well, it's a dirty job, but somebody's got to do it.

((Since I'm on Pacific Time, I'm not gonna be on in time to unlock this, so I ask that a fellow mod be prepared to do so.))
