Why did Tiffany get so mad??

this question has plagued me since i first saw "Return of the Shredder" why does Tifiany dump Burne's Mock turtle soup over his head and call him a "nasty oild turtle lover"? is i cause he ordered turtle soup in the first place or that it was "mock" turtle soup, thus no turtles were harmed in the making of this soup? I need answeres first 10 get a "hey, good goin".
On an off note, is turtle soup any good, and would a tmnt fan even think to try it.
