Giant Mouser Discussion
Ok so I just got my Giant Mouser (cost me a pretty penny on Ebay but that's another story!
I know the scale issue has already been talked about but after playing the game and seeing how those things are meant to be, it looks plain rediculous standing next to the original four. My other question mark is about the shoulder missiles. Don't be mis-lead peoples - they don't actually fire. They are in NO way spring loaded. Instead, according to the picture on the back of the card at least, you have to push or 'flick' the missile to fire them. DUMB! I tried for a good 5 minutes to successfully 'fire' the missiles so they got more than 5 cm from it. How they heck is a little kid gonna do that? (Or maybe I'm just a retard...) The head of the Mouser seems to be on at an angle, rather than straight up meaning he's either always looking at the sky or at his toes. The Mouser also suffers from the bane of all Playmate toys - articulation (or lack thereof). His hands/arms are straight up and down as are the legs. No wrist, ankle or shoulder movement to speak of. (I spose this is at least justifiable - he's a robot after all, not a living breathing thing) The spring loaded hands are nice though - it looks sweet putting one of your excess weapons in there! ![]() ![]() ![]() Well that's my thoughts on The Giant Mouser. What say you?
