When I worked in a shop we had to do the 'Can I help you?' thing. I hated it, the customers hated it, so I stopped doing it.
Then I got pulled up shouted at and threatened with the sack. So I had to keep doing it. *shrugs* One of the reasons I no longer work in retail. |
