Depending on how the mutagen works, the TMNT may either have human DNA mixed in with their turtle DNA (more human than turtle obviously), or the mutagen hyper evolved the TMNT to become humanoid without the aid of human DNA. So, we really don't know for sure if the TMNT have human DNA or not.

Now, as for sex, why would you think that the TMNT are incapable of having sex with human females? The TMNT obviously have a very "human" form, so wouldn't their genitals connect perfectly with women genitals? I really don't see how it's so "impossible" as you make it seem to be.

What it comes down to is this.
The TMNT CAN have relationships with females. They CAN have sex with females. And there is more or less a 25-50% chance that they can conceive a child.

Now, as for this whole thing with April... Nah, it most likely wouldn't happen with the boys. Still, there's plenty of fish in the sea for the boys, so all hope is not lost.

well, if the turtles didn't have any human dna in them how could they walk, or even talk?
