anyone else not able to see premiere today?

so i wake up in plenty of time to catch the premiere of the new show only to find its not coming on. i live in Raleigh, NC and the CW is showing a power hour of chaotic and no new TMNT. only turtles i get to see this morning is old FF on Fox. what gives. anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: wtf... i just found the listings in the newspaper and it came on at 7:30 not 9:30. that is bass ackward. the commercials i've been seeing are still saying 9:30!
