"NECA" Styled Mutation Scene Base WIP!

Hey dudes & dudettes, here for your viewing pleasure is my first successful custom project! Its a little piece I like to call "The Shellackulate Conception"!
Jokes aside, I 'based' it on the bases that the good ol' NECA turtles came with. They got their own bases, why didn't their little turtle counterparts?

Materials used-

1. Model Magic
2. Cardboard
3. Paint

Tools of the trade-

1. Exacto knife
2. Paintbrush

I'm hoping to construct this into something a little bigger/better but for now its looking good, I think. This was about... maybe 3 hours of labor. I work slow. Comments/critiques are welcome!

I tried to make it look as though the ooze canister had just hit the sewer water, hence the splashing effect. For the record, the little guy on top is a mini mutants (original series) Splinter. He'll later be replaced by a more suitable rat provided I can find one. I may just cut one off of a Rat King toy and re-paint it though it might be slightly out of scale... I also had the ooze running off of the 'curb' but the pieces were too thin & broke. I will be adding more ooze drips & all types of other stuff in the near future.
