Archie Best of the 80's - TMNT Cameo

I don't follow Archie but I do follow comics as they're released each week and this just came out:

I noticed on the cover that Jughead is dressed as Donatello. I was wondering if anyone who follows Archie knows if there is a TMNT inspired story inside or if it's just on the cover as a tribute. Obviously the Adventure series was published at Archie so it's possible that they had some TMNT spoof in the Archie comics. Might be worth checking out.
