Tasmanian Devil Mutant?

I remember some time ago, Stephen Murphy was writing on his blog about the Global Mutant Missions. As awesome as that line would have been, unfortunately, the entire thing was shelved.

I know we've seen the image of Jagwar from Murph's blog and the Komodo dragon and gorilla mutants (which as far as I know, were unnamed) from Playmates' site, but was there ever an image of the Tasmanian Devil mutant that he mentioned? I remember him saying that he was fighting for the character to be a hero rather than the villain Playmates had pegged him as, but that's about all I know.
