Why does Shredder say he never bluff?
I am confused about the episode "Get Shredder". They have this running gag where Shredder makes a threat and the person calls him a liar, then something bad happens and Shredder says, "I never bluff".
That doesn't make sense. He lies in a lot of episodes.
