honestly... i don't disagree with you one bit. Peter may have been there when the original sketches were drawn. but Kevin did draw the group first. so in a way... yes he IS mirage. however, let's not discredit Laird shall we? he is the one that developed the characters for years as well and kept them alive for years, even after Kevin left.

but i do not disagree with you that Eastman is Mirage personified.

Just on another level, work of art. the sculpting is so cool, i love teh the wraps, the folds on them is just so detailed. and again the paint totally pops, really dead on.

well Leo is the final of the four brothers. i had originally intended to do Ross Campbell's old school Mirage rendition. both because i love that particular rendition and his bandanna is red so it would fit in perfectly with the other three Mirage turtles i did. but with Ross' new Leo issue coming out recently, i thought it only fitting to go with the new version. it kinda is an old meets new combination. Ross has ties to the Mirage turtles and now he has ties to the new IDW turtles. both versions are awesome, and i love how Leo turned out. when i painted Leo, i went with the actual colors that Ross uses vice how the comic was colored since it was someone else who colored it. its not perfect but i feel its a pretty close representation of the character. please let me know what you think
