How do you know she's really blonde in that picture? For all we know she could be wearing a wig.

Chill out, dude! It was just a suggestion. You never know, she might have a thing for going around in costume. It'd make sense considering the Turtles are most likely going to go around in disguise.

She put a wig so the Kraangs, would not recognize her, makes sense as an early concept.

Anyways, those were pre production shots so they are going to try many different styles to see what's sticks, although I'm still not that happy with the final result it reminds me a little of an anorexic cabbage patch kid.

So I've really been thinking about this. I mean to the point where I've even talked about characters in general with other people and what makes them what they are. I don't want to post a huge thing here, but I posted my thoughts on my blog if your interested.

Bottom line though is it comes down to what makes April? To me it is the fact she accepts the turtles for what they are, she is their link to the outside world, and in her own way she tries to shield them from the worst humanity has to offer. That is what is important to me. Not her age, not her hair, not what color her clothes are. But everyone is different.
