Agreed. Sometimes I get the feeling that people here get really bored a lot of the time and just start random complaining for no reason. First it was Mikey being dumb, then it was Leo being a space geek, now it's Raphael being hotheaded.

I guess the next thread we'll have is someone complaining about Donatello, or did we have one like that already?

reading through the responses some actually agree with me it seems like every other word out of this raph's mouth is a threat or a snark I mean it's your prerogative to find it amusing to me he just comes of as such a bully most time for instance 'panic in the sewers' what was his response to don's perfectly legitimate request on listening to find out more about "shredders evil plans"?breaking don's shell over his knee riiiight reasonable response right there

I dig this version of Raph. I feel like they are capturing the teenage aspect of Raph and the other turtles perfectly. I mean he's 15 years old. Mix that with his insane physical talents and the traditional Raph personality and you have an accurate representation of a smart ass, testosterone fueled kid.

I don't know whether that user was serious or not, but there are some obsessive female fans who have crushes on the Turtles that go too far. They're not really on this forum though, you'll find them on places like deviantart.

This Raph is thoroughly toned down from most incarnations, with the only exception being the OT version. But seriously, as far as his being a hothead goes? If I lived in a sewer, cut off from the world and was labeled a freak by those I attempt to protect, I can't imagine I'd be Mr. Sunshine either.

I like the way people complaining about complaining about tmnt related topics in a tmnt forum.

Where else should we discuss stuff like this if not in a tmnt forum? If you guys feel people have lost theyr reality-feeling just because thinking about stuff like this- like the guy who opened this topic, you should think about drop your tmnt fandom for a while and spend more time in real life. TMNT Forum -> TMNT related topics - no matter how "senseless" they seem for you (of course at least they have to go along with the forum-rules)

Well i guess they should show Raph from a different view more often. his love for his pet turtle shows that he has a calm site too. But they didn't showed it much for now.. maybe it will come in future episodes.

I like the Raphael from the 87' cartoon at most. I think should have made this raphael more extreme like an...hmm... Lot of you will laugh but can you imagine Raphael with the kind of Dr. House? A sarcastic, ironic asshole who talks all the time with the audience? That would be perfect, hehe.

2k3 Raph is not bad, i think i like him second most.

I think Raph's comments are funny sometimes and are meant to make their interactions a little more interesting or humorous. He seems to love his little pet turtle and was supportive of Mike when he was upset. I would like to see how his character develops on this series.

Raph's alright. Dunno why people complained about him being aggressive when it's part of his character.

Or they want him to hit on nameless thugs instead of his bros because it's healthier and more socially acceptable I dunno.

Nick2012 Raph does seem to be insulting, smacking and bullying his bros all the time. Every third line is an insult. I do like seeing Leo fight back sometimes. Just wish Mike and Don would too.

Didn't 2K3 Raph almost killed Mikey? 2K7 Raph almost killed Leo.

Anyways, I disagree with the whole "his bros do nothing while he rules over them". Leo shoves back, true. But Don actually picks fights with Raph the most and mocks his intelligence (Leo is actually the one being the peacemaker). Mikey WANTS to aggravate him because he's a troll and doesn't mind Raph picking on him.
