100% correct, but you realize there's 3 more issues left right?

Isn't this a five issue limited?

The Turtles are NOT time traveling in the FOUR part mini series.

Spoiler:
Unrelated: Krangs Wars are FOUR parts as well and the following story arc will be SEVEN parts with a prelude by Kevin Eastman. No FIVE part anything coming up.

OKAY. I seem to recall someone saying SECRET HISTORY OF THE FOOT CLAN would be FIVE issues, must be mistaken. But feel free to type another PARAGRAPH with lots of CAPS about how wrong that is.

Okay...

As much as the strike at the port sucked, at least it made the wait between issue #1 and #2 two weeks. I am so glad because I cannot wait until issue #2!

I am also just going to keep reading Tatsuo's name as Tatsu in my head because, well, its Tatsu! (well, not really, but I can dream, can't I?)

And as mentioned earlier, I hope to see Nagi soon. And I wonder if they are going to play off the Japan stuff in issue #1 of the Mirage series.

What a twist!!!!

Wow great artwork (better than the ongoing series)
Great story and that last page!!! The plot thickens.

My only complaint about this and the ongoing series is the generic comic book fight scenes. I'd like to see some real martial arts technique drawn instead of generic swinging for the fences and flying side kicks.
In the issue where Leonardo tries to choke out Slash, that look close to a triangle choke (Jiu-jitsu/Judo)
The artist need to get some ninja books to draw some real technique.

Do you like time travel? I'm kind of on the fence about it. I am not even too keen on Dimension X, but IDW is handling it well. I would really prefer if the Turtles stayed in New York, or even Northampton, and used these "historical" issues to tell a deeper story and build upon the past.
Spoiler:
I wonder if Krang is able to not only travel between dimensions, but time as well? Or is Krang immortal? Or was that an ancestor?

Yeah the thing with slash was cool. I did Savate and I was kind of disappointed with the Savate ninjas not actually practicing doing Savate but at the same time these are still images, you gotta use some imagination. With Bates on art I'm just glad they don't have midair fight scenes where the characters fire energy beams from their hands.

Utroms usually live very long. But at the same time he shouldn't have a transmat back then. Maybe dimension x and earth don't have synchronized time

Okay, so I looked it up since I was unsure and you are right. Utroms have a long lifespan, lasting centuries or millennia in Earth years. So Krang being around in Feudal Japan times is possible. They have [also] created extremely advanced technology which could be have been around back then. I just really hope that the fact that he has been here for so long ties into the ongoing Krang Wars. I know it would be kind of difficult to tie into since there are two different writing teams, but since both arcs are timed around the same time (both issue #2s will be coming out next week), having some foreshadowing or cause of the Krang Wars referenced in the SHotHC would be really interesting.

You are talking about Mirage's utroms, we don't know much about IDW's utroms.

True. So there's still a chance that the reveal was not Krang?
