And theres nothing like watching the Turtles sing 80's Power Ballads about pizza. Their mouths barely even move when they sing!

No...in fact, the coots tour was a project of the goverment to wash the kids heads, turning them into future mindless homophobic little critters!
Don't believe me?Listen to the "walk straight" song...need more proof?
THEN LISTEN TO IT BACKWARDS!
Why?I don't know!
I liked their clothes tho, so i don't get it, what's the big deal
Oh ya...i love the coots tour it's soooooo bad...even tho i didnt see the show live, i got the video and the soundtrack, and while i can't stomach the soundtrack (except for pizza power) i totally love the video! It's sooo stupid Shredder's helmet, the overacting baxter, that annoying reporter....
And i've drawn the first coots fanart EVARS!Which i might submit if i ever get the scanner in my room.

I wonder if Shredder was aware that he was making his own music whilest singing of his hatred for said music? Oh, and that news reporter guy, what was his name? Kent, Ken? Kern? Popcorn? Anyway, he was hilarious. All I have to say about him is that there were SNAKES in the basement!

His name was Kip, and he told the Turtles they were a bunch of weenies because they wouldn't go and attack shredder.

They mentioned him like 7 times! Shredder also said something about New Kids on The Block, and then he proceeded to start singing and dancing about how much he hated music.

I saw the COOTS tour on VHS, not in person. It has its pros and cons. It was interesting, though the costumes (especially those from Shredder and Master Splinter) were not good at all. I used to play the COOTS cassette a lot. Some of the songs were kinda cool.

Hmm, watching the COOTs tour on VHS is the equivalent of having a small child use your groin as a punching bag.

I cant understand how you can even watch the tape without becoming violantly ill. As for seeing it live. I would decompose like the demons at the end of Evil Dead.

I saw it once at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jersey... and I don't recall turning into a stop-motion Claymation puppet mixed with applesauce and fake blood.

But hey... EVIL DEAD RULES!

Now to make this thread more interesting, I ask you, who has seen the Making of: The Coming Out Of Their Shells Tour? Its so bad yet so funny! It's a mockumentary of course, but done so weird. And PIzza Hut promotion continues in this video by having about a cajillion boxes of pizza hut pizza on the set, having the President or whatever of Pizza Hut shown at a press release in which hes on stage more than the turtles, not to mention unnecesarry shots of stage hands touching the turtles nether regions while helping them into the below stage area for just before the go up above.

I think I might actually die of laughter if I watched that, I almost did when I watched the actual COOTS tour itself. The Pizza Hut president was on the stage more than the TMNT?

I own it.

Haven't watched past the first ten minutes though, it's way too painful. Maybe one day when I'm really drunk.

Being drunk might help ease the pain.
