Let me know what you think of the set you buy, I am on the fence on venturing in to the Lego. It looks awesome, but I would have to take the money and space in to account.

It depends what you are expecting out of it. I have the Lair set and I think its great! it has my two fav turtles in - Leo and Raph - as well as splinter! It doesn't take up much space and can be displayed in a number of cool ways!

yeah i bought all the sets. I really like how they did the mouser though and is one of the few things about the build in that set im happy with aside from the figures. the 2 turtle vehicles from the set are garbage and the mech is just ok. I wish the mouser had different feet that connected to bricks though and thats my only gripe about it.

Just a heads up - Legos are on sale in TRU, spend $75 get $20 off. The prices on the site are retail (for a change) but I don't know if they've raised the prices in store to counter-act the sale (as TRU likes to do). Not a bad deal, otherwise.

but be careful TRU also likes to exclude several lines in there sales, NINJAGO and turtles being the ones they excluded last time i went. Some times it is starwars they exclude. The sets that sell the most normally.

I must admit, that lair does look very cool, and it must be satisfying adding the Mikey and Don figs to it.

Finally picked up the Lair and Kraang Lab Escape.

Argos (UK) have an offer on until 26th where if you spend £30 or more on Lego you get a £5 voucher so I bought the lair then went back and got the Kraang set for £5.

Great sets! Really want to get the Shredder bike now for Donnie and Shredder!

I bought the lair, the kraang escape and Shredders dragon chopper at the same time! I've got to admit I do really want the Shellraiser is pushing it at £60!

Yessir! That's already the case as I got an email on this deal and instantly went for the Baxter and Shellraiser sets but that failed as usual with toysrus.com.

I decided to email them and was told that is an in-store only deal and doesn't pertain to all brands which, of course, one being TMNT. Major bummer for moi....

Just saw a commercial for all the new LEGO TMNT toys. Most of i was animated mini figures, it was actually pretty cool. It even showed some Splinter action

sometimes i wish i actually watched tv so I could catch commercials like this but then i remember i'd have to endure 99 commercials i'd rather not watch for every 1 commercial such as this. Hope someone youtubes it.

Out of nowhere, the sets are starting to arrive in stores and online over here in The Netherlands!
The official Dutch Lego website has the sets in their database, but they can't be ordered yet.

79100 - Kraang Lab Escape €14,99
79101 - Shredder's Dragon Bike €29,99
79102 - Stealth Shell in Pursuit €29,99
79103 - Turtle Lair Attack €54,99
79104 - The Shellraiser Street Chase €79,99
79105 - Baxter Robot Rampage €49,99

The store (Intertoys) had all the sets except Kraang and Baxter, also, all the sets were €5 more then the above official prices.

Fantastic! It still astounds me the delay in releasing some LEGO sets in parts of Europe when LEGO itself is a European company.

I'd imagine dutch children and AFOLs enjoy LEGO every bit as much as we Americans, so what's the deal?

Went to the Lego store at Downtown Disney hoping to find the keychains. The very friendly employee told me that they would be putting them out on shelves March 1st. However, they did have all the TMNT sets readily available for purchase O_o

Sucks that you went there and they refused you like that! At least you know the date. I should try my LEGO store on that day.

Wow! This looks awesome! But I don't think I would have the patience to put something like this together.

It definitely takes a certain type of creative impulse. Not to mention money, since LEGOs aren't cheap :p You'd feel really proud of yourself though
