Well, I was bummed but it wasnt like I went to Downtown Disney specifically for the key chains. Still had a great time walking around and spending the day with my wife. Besides that, Disneyland / Downtown Disney is only about 20 minutes from my house So I'll more then likely head back some time next week.

Okay, I changed my mind to the Stealth Shell and it will ship on Friday. Then or the next day I will post my thoughts.

Cool. The fishface figure is really good. The vehicle is great too of course. Don't forget about the alternate build instructions earlier in this thread too

Hey guys sorry for bumping but I thought a lot of you would like to know that shop.lego.com has a promotion for free shipping on all order $75 and over. If you still need the Baxter Stockman set, they have it. It's only $39.99 though so you'll have to add more stuff to your oder. Thankfully there's no shortage of awesome LEGO sets (TMNT and otherwise). Remember all links to the TMNT sets are in the first post.

Here are some non-TMNT ideas to fill out your order: http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Top-Sellers

The alternate builds would be enough for me to buy some of these twice if I wasn't at a loss for money right now I mean I'll still probably build them, just I'll take them apart and go back to the original design at the end. It's disappointing to see that these are all vehicles, but I'll oh well.

Alright! It's time to share my thoughts on the Stealth Shell in Pursuit set. Since this was my first Lego set I'll cover some things on Lego stuff in general.

They...
are tiny
take a LONG time to build
don't do much after you build them

I don't have anything to compare it to, so I'm guessing that this would be an average set. Not that good, not that bad. Also note that you aren't getting much. 2 vehicles, 3 figures. That's it. There are better things to get for $20, but this isn't the worst way to spend it. P.S. The box art looks EPIC. It would go great on display.

LEGO is expensive for what you get, yeah. The real fun is when you start to get a collection of LEGO pieces so you can create from your own ideas.

Good god. It would take forever for me to come up with a design. Just following the instructions on the paper was hard enough for me. Now that I think about it a really talented creator they could build well... anything. I guess you do have a point.

You can do it Come up with cool ideas and builds, I mean. You should see some of the stuff I've seen 6, 7, 8yos build (the lego facebook page shares them all the time). It's no different from anything, it depends on how much time you decide to put into it.

Even if you don't want to build any of your own stuff the stuff you build from the instructions still looks cool on a shelf :p
