Also, for some reason Donnie reminded me of this guy at the beginning of the episode, and now I can't unsee it! http://s3.sidereel.com/cms/posts/261408/large/uploaded_file20130805-32427-r9hi0.

You know... Leo cooked Ramen for them in the cockroach terminator episode. I don't understand how he's such a klutz when making breakfast in this one.
Maybe in the presence of the other brothers he lost it. ._." |

I assumed Leo was so focused on his other hobbies (i.e. ninjitsu training), that it left him severely inexperienced and inept in cooking. Let Martha Stewart school you Shark Blade about how complicated cooking eggs can be (watch the two preview videos on the webpage): http://www.pbs.org/food/features/mar...-eggs-episode/ LOL Last edited by Refractive Reflections; 11-19-2013 at 05:09 AM. |

I like how Rahzar looks in this version. In my honest opinion, he looks like a Demon, almost.

I know how to fry, boil and scramble eggs, but I think I've never done sunny side down though. This should be on my to do list, along with pizza gyoza.

Easily the worst episode since "Parasitica." If this was the best TMNT episode of all time yet it still had the Turtles not getting Baxter Stockman's name right, I'd still say its the worst episode since "Parasitica."
There's beating a dead horse, and then there's BEATING A DEAD HORSE. One bad punchline has turned into a defining feature of Baxter as a character, and has cemented the Turtles as the bumbling idiots that Nick has turned them into. |

I'm not anti-humor, i LOVE lightheartedness, banter, and joking, but "just a joke for kids to laugh" sums up everything wrong about this series. |

I love how the Turtles get Baxter's name wrong as it's funny, and that's the whole point of it. I think they do know his name, but they purposely mess it up to annoy him.
And, JYX, about Bradford, I think the defining moment was when he said, "I feel like a ninja again." He was complaining about how clumsy he was, and now he's better with his new mutation. I do wish we could have gotten a flashback story here like we did with Xever though as it would have been awesome.

I won't stop watching it only because every now and then we get episodes like "The Gauntlet" or "Follow the Leader" and basically any B-story with Karai. |

Thanks to everyone who shared their views on Donatello in this episode. (Both sides of the discussion) Although I still don't like some of his scenes, I do understand better now about the pressure Don has to deal with.
=== Seeing the comment about Stockman in the posts above made me wonder a bit. Do the turtles mispronounce Stockman's name on purpose or do they just don't care enough to say it correctly? I think I heard them say his name correctly when Baxter isn't around. Even Donatello said it wrong in this episode. === I love how Greg Cipes is playing his role as Michelangelo. I really like (almost) all the voices in this series but Mikey's voice for me personally has something special to it. It doesn't feel he's acting as Michelangelo. It really feels he IS Michelangelo.
