To me it sounded like someone doing a Lewis Black impersonation. I didn't see his name in the credits either like Corey Feldman was. I could've just missed it though.

Really great episode. More Metalhead is always nice and it was awesome to finally get an explanation of where these rogue mutants always disappear to. Seeing Slash again and him getting a brief moment of interaction with Raph was the icing on the cake.

You did. He was credited next to Splinter and the Kraang as Lewis Black. Slash had his own separate page.

sweet ep, was really surprised by some of it

mikey trying 2 get in the vending machine had me laughing hard
also think that since mikey was the only 1 that could open the porta-potty door/open the portal, the retro-mutagen incident back in shellacne might affected him deeper by making the mutagen residue in him more "pure"

was awesome 2 see slash again, cant wait 4 the finale since he might show up again
still curious on how they managed 2 catch him in the 1st place unless they used the cattleprods again

was saddened by metalhead getting destroyed but if I remember right, metalhead should be rebuilt soon cause wasn't there some talk about some1 voicing metalhead?

really anxious 4 more stuff involving Justin or some of the other mutants

It should be a running gag... all we need is for someone to do it for Raph and Leo!!! I just though it was kinda like the Timothy thing... Donnie saying something about Mikey laughing at him and LH and wanting to get revenge... of course I'm just over thinking things again!!

This was easily my favorite episode of the season so far. Love Spider Bytes, and loved the story and epic battle in this one.

Yeah SpiderBytes was def Lewis Black. I think they pitched his voice down a little the first time we saw him mutated. They didn't this time and I think I like this version better. He did roughen it just a little but sounded like good ol Vic to me. I wasn't sure if he'd be coming back to play the role but was super excited to hear him again. I'm ready to see more of these guys, especially Slash, SpiderBytes, ok everybody. We were surprised and excited to see Slash so soon after his debut. And yeah, I'm also wondering what's next for these other mutants?

I thought the ep developed a little slowly but something really "clicked" when they followed Metalhead through the portal. I felt genuinely bad for Metalhead because he has been one of my favorite characters of this series. I've also not really cared if I seen Spiderbytez again but actually liked him in this ep and would like to see him more. I thought it was cool how he was using his web shooting ability to get himself out of the portal. I literally laughed out loud when he spoke Kraang Speak. The writers seem to really be trying to work in the villains and characters anyway they can because they used Squirrelanoid and Kirby last week as well. They still keep teasing us with Dimension X and I really wish they would just take us there already! LOL! Also am I the only one that got a sort of Wall-e vibe from Metalhead in this ep?

I love Metalhead and was so excited to see him return in this episode, with new AI, and then... and then...

Aw man, I'm gonna - I'm gonna need a moment here...

Seriously amazing episode. This show has been tons of fun but this one got me. I've always had a thing for sentient robots and maybe that's why, but I was literally shouting "Metalhead, nooooooo" at that final scene! So good, Nick team! Bravo.

And as for Donnie, I agree: that boy needs therapy.

I loved it. Best S2 episode. Metalhead was such a hero. Nice to hear from Spider Bytez and all the other mutants again. The only thing I hated was the end of Metalhead. Hopefully he comes back some day. One question though. I don't know if anyone has asked this before. Can someone show me a screencap of Spy-Roach/Chong/Cockroach Terminator because I didn't see him?

Hehe I wonder if Don would really name him MK2, hope so

And of COURSE he'd have a new design, why wouldn't it? As you can see Don only has his head... he'd have to rebuild the rest from all his junk parts, no way he could perfectly replicate it anyway.

No secret that TMNT, like a lot of kids shows, makes its money more from the toys than the actual show. So from that perspective, having Don build a NEW Metal Head does give them an excuse to make a new toy and, in turn, more money. They did the same thing with Dogpound/Rahzar and eventually when we get a Baxter Fly toy that will make yet another instance. And we all know that is coming eventually!

I'm not saying they destroyed him simply for this reason though. I do like the episode and how he sacrificed himself and all. I hope the next metalhead is even more intelligent, useful and most of all... cool looking!
