Krang never said anything about an age limit, but I'm pretty sure if you follow the rules, you can use the forums at any age.

tmntmikey23 answered my question about when Wave 8 will show up, but looking at the troubles he's caused im not sure if his answer is reliable, can anyone back him up on that info or does anybody know when wave 8 will start showing up? Sorry to ask again I just wasn't sure about tmntmikey23

Wave 7. 8 is the summer one with Slash, Newtralizer, Splinter 2, and I think someone else.

I believe MM was part of wave 7, and wave 8 is supposed to include Rahzar, Slash, and Neutralizer. Unless MM and the others were Wave 8 and just grouped in with Wave 7 (Battle Shell Turtles).

Unless I'm mistaken, wave 9 is the next wave and will feature Slash, Newtralizer, Rahzar and Dojo Splinter (Splinter 2). So wave 8 does include Mutagen Man, which is obviously already out.

If you are old enough to enjoy the show and also find your way to this forum and write/type, I think you should be allowed to be here. At any age. Most discussion is G or PG here.

Snake and some other young posters (a lot probably won't reveal their age, because they know people will judge them), prove that your age should not matter. Also I like hearing TMNT opinions from all age groups, if this were an adult only forum it would limit a lot of points of view.

I think about how much I loved TMNT as a kid, but in the 80s/early 90s you were so limited in how you could express your interest. You probably had friends at school or in the neighborhood who liked it too, and that was all. No internet. I'm thankful for what we all have every day, LOL! Trust me, anyone alive back then is too. No taking for granted! So yeah I think it's awesome some younger viewers want to engage with other fans here.

Now, if tmntmikey23 gets banned for some other reason that's another matter... :p

i tell you, its a pain to apply paint in their mouths and tongues.
donny was the most pain in the ass to do. his inside mouth is so thin.

paint washing their chest was also a problem. i dunno if i was using the right brown paint, it just didnt seem to sink in the cracks. raph is one of the better ones that turn out decent.

anyway, i love these turtles. very show accurate.

My friend had the same trouble with painting their mouths too, the paint just does not want to stay on, maybe due to the odd nature of the plastic.

Did you give the figures a good scrub in warm soapy water first? 'Cause you won't get any paint to stick otherwise, due to the mould release the plastic will be coated in...

This is the most crucial step in repainting figs. I use Liquid Dawn and warm water with a tooth brush and scrub brush.

sometimes i'll miss the palm of a hand or an inner thigh, and i wince when i see my primer start to pool away from the surface.

I should change that. I didn't count the Battle Shell Turtles as a series which Playmates is.
