I asked the seller of this Leonardo last night if he could send me the pictures of the base, papers, more of the box etc. Also wanted to know if there were any repairs to it b/c if you look closely, the sword looks like it has a little crack at the base. He never responded and bumped down the price from $195 to $175 early this morning. I asked him again for pics and why he bumped the price down, and he simply said "Someone is going to buy it for that price now." Well, it should have been bought by now but no one has. I messaged him back and told him I'd really consider buying it for the original listing price if he would just send some pictures, but he replied back with just saying he's okay with $175. Idk, that seems pretty weird to me and too good to be true to find a Leo statue for $195.

i dunno both have 100% rating.

the one that has all 3 is a new seller so that could explain why he isn't responding (either he doesn't know how or doesn't think trying to get as many bidders on his item is good or doesn't understand english.)

the leo is kinda weird but again has 100% rating so might be as he says and his buyer is slow. if he was doing something more sketchy i think he'd be enticing you to buy it

The Leo statute seems odd. The other 3 avoid like the plague. This guy shill bids his own stuff then tries to sell it to the "second highest bidder". He had multiple accounts and has listed and relisted his **** so much it's insane. Do a completed listing search and you can follow his shady auctions.

Gotcha, good to know. The 3 statues did seem sketchy. As far as the Leo statue goes, I'm inclined to think that it was damaged and repaired. The sword does look like it has a repaired crack at the base and he did seem like $175 was really okay with him. Man, I hate finding damaged TMNT statues; they're really unique and it just gets on my nerves knowing that there's so many careless owners out there that can't seem to take care of these things and it doesn't seem to phase them. Thanks for the advice guys.

Anyone know why the Krang figure helmet gets cloudy? I've got one on my wall and it's still crystal clear, but I see them on ebay all the time with the helmet cloudy. Something I'd like to prevent if at all possible.

I've seen this happen quite a few times before. I think it might have to do with the temperature or amount of moisture in the area the figure's stored in.

i've seen that on all opened Krangs i've seen. i always assumed they got scratched up when kids played with them. never knew it happened to ones MOC

I saw that eBay is introducing a new way of rating sellers that has to do with transaction completion. So in theory someone like this guy, who keeps listing the same stuff over and over, will eventually be shut down because none of his transactions are ever completed.
