yeah definitely make sure you get these if you want them... pre-order if possible. remember how expensive those NECA turtles got after they stopped making them? They go for $100 each pretty easily these days.

These will be on that level of collectability for sure.

especially if they are Japan only

now an American release can lower the price but not for long

Not sure how I feel about Revoltech they do some figures good while others are eh. Plus buying a full set of turtles for $120 + shipping is a bit much for me atm. Well I heard their recent releases have been alright so here's hoping the same goes for TMNT. They do capture the look of the show at least.

I'm unfamiliar with Revoltech but these look amazing. Any idea on what scale or size these will be?

Japanese playmates packaging. View more here!

I wonder if any NA or EU Mint on Card collectors will try to go after these? The packaging is very striking

If the past two incarnations are any indication, no. TMNT took off in Japan near the end of the original line. So they got the mutating figures and a few others. It was also reintroduced in 2003 when it came back here. In both cases the only items that seem to generate much interest are those that were exclusive to Japan. And even those are not that valuable compared to how rare they are.

Turtle Saint is probably one of the rarest and most obscure TMNT I own.

Still wish the next wave of 2k12 was out already.

By the way... the line in the head (clearly seen on leo in the top pic), I don't know that much about revoltech (I do own a lot of Figma though), but I read that they probably have movable eyes, the line is there because there is a piece inside the head that accommodates that... well also because the faces are swappable

Look closely at Mikey... He has his freckles! Yay!

I want those.
