So it wasnt him who said that bebop and rocksteady will appear in season 3 and not 2? Then who said that bebop and rocksteady will appear in season 3? If they were to appear in season 2 we would have known it already.

To be honest, I'm not really that excited to see Bebop and Rocksteady. I actually found it rather refreshing that they weren't used or needed in the 4Kids series. I'd be more psyched to see the Mutanimals get formed for a change, or something else we've only seen done in the comic books.

Personally, I'm pretty excited for these two. I kind of like the new designs, and that's coming from somebody who typically isn't a fan of the new show's art style. Bebop being skinny was a little weird at first, but its growing on me.
Also like that they have very sci-fi "Kraangy" gear. Gives them a very cyber-punk look. Especially like Bebop upgrading his sunglasses to a Cyclops/Geordi La Forge-esqe visor. Also, looks like RS has some kind of implants in his fist. And is he holding a hammer? Hmm...
Can't wait to see these two in action on the show.

Digging their designs, especially Bebop's. I like that they're differentiating him more from Rocksteady rather than giving them both the same body-type. Though, it did remind me of the duo's brief cameo in Sonic Universe:

Bebop and Rocksteady. This is a dream come true dude.
I've been waiting since the 90's for these awesome dudes to come back.

I just hope there permanent and not just a one or two episode thing.
Also really curious as to who is going to be voicing them and what their voices will sound like.

Bebop needs to fattened up some, and needs his nose ring back.

But i'm stoked for this. Totally stoked.

I like their new looks a lot, but not excited to see them at all. What's the point? Aren't Bradford and Xever enough? Why do we need more undeveloped male mutants thrown in for the sake of nostalgia?

You pretty much answered your own question...nostalgia. Fans of the old show will see these designs, and it will cause hype and whatnot. Create some buzz for the show, you know?
