I picked up two of both bebop and rocksteady at my local toys r us. I haven't seen any classics collection figures on the shelf since then. I know the truck days at my local stores and I wait for them to open. Along with a couple transformer guys. It has turned into a ritual. Early bird gets the worm as they say.

Once literally 3 of them, and I bought two.

Yup good point, Revoltek looks WAY better but they are going to be closer to $40 each... so anyone who wants the full set needs to start budgeting for those unless you are super flush with cash Revoltek will not only look and pose better but are a much better investment and will retain/grow value better (just my prediction, but it's japanese so... chances are high)

I mean they may end up being better than the NECA turtles and we all know how much those sell for now.

Personally I'm way interested in those than these... maybe if I felt that these better represented the 1990 film designs, but they look very iffy to me.

I'm a lot more interested in Nick stuff right now anyway.

Personally never... I only saw them on toysrus.com for $19.99/ea and that is where I bought mine. Never saw them in retail. I'm really glad I did. While they go with the Classic figures well enough, I think they go AWESOME with the basic-sized Nick figures... because B&R are supposed to be pretty big... so they scale nice in my opinion. Makes them intimidating.

I'm excited for Nick style Rocksteady though, if they make a figure of him... which I think is a guarantee. I'll of course get Bebop as well, but I think I'll be liking Rocksteady more.

Oh definitely. They still had a bunch of episodes written out and slated to go into production (probably ones that would have made up the rest of Season Six and Seven) but only one of these (Darth Maul: Son of Danthomir) got saved and will just end up in comic book form.

Since Rahzar and the rest are coming out in June-July, I have a feeling they will be competing with the movie Turtles. I wonder why they simply didn't have these come out earlier to avoid this? It doesn't make sense...

I'd offer to pick some up for you Yanks, but with the exchange rate they'd work out pretty expensive - close to $75 when you factor in shipping.
What does it say on the packaging? Hero Turtles?

I wish there was another "Figure Rollout List" like last year's...

I guess that timeline display at ToyFair was basically it without the actual dates...

...really wanted Tiger Claw to be in the same wave with Slash and Newt.

Nope, same packaging, same TMNT logo. Only difference is the addition of the UK distributor's logo & info on the back of the card.

Bebop, Rocksteady and the four turtles are available in the Wallmart stores here in Mexico for around $26. I was thinking in picking classic (or retro, whatever they're called) Leo and Bebop, but I was very dissapointed with the product. besides the turtles having long necks, what's with Leo's belt and swords? As I remember, the handles were brown, the blades were short and curved, the belt didn't have any suspender, the initials on the buckles were grey and the swords didn't had full sheaths. I'm no customizer so I'm not interested at all in repainting and reworking figures after I buy them. Bebop has fur and a very different type of body and proportions in the cartoon. Is it really THAT hard to make an accurate figure? Even the artwork on the back of the card is hideous and I mean it, I think is the worst I've seen in any TMNT toy line. Oh yeah, and there were several, how can I call it? cracks? well not really cracks because weren't deep, but visible lines/marks in the plastic like in Bebop's head that were readily visible on a close inspection, is that common?
And does anyone know when the Newtralizer and Slash are going to be released? I'm curious about the actual product.

None of the Classic Collection figures are 100% show accurate. The turtles are close enough, but B&R look like they're from a different line of figures, to me anyway. Apparently Slash and Newtralizer are coming out in June/July, but I thought they'd be out already since they're on the Playmates website.

So, I'm from Canada and I just took a trip to Motor City Comic Con in Novi, Michigan and at the convention there were dozens of Mutagen Man, Kirby Bat, and Casey Jones, but only 2 Squirrelanoids. So I picked up a Casey Jones and a Squirrelanoid at a local target around the convention, and they only had one Squirrelanoid.

so I was just curious if that particular character was rare or hard to get?

He is the one I see the least of. Maybe he just sells well?

I have been in contact with the seller. The reserve for these guys is $600 bucks. I had to remind him about the undercover raph figure. He has updated his listing since. I was going to go for them but not at $600. He says undercover raph isn't on the box but I have seen him on card ready to go. Secret figure short packed possibly. I don't see a second movie wave of figures so he has got to be in this set.
