I usually think they don't grow anything cause it's a kid's show and we don't need to see that. Same reason the giant apes in DBZ somehow don't have their junk swinging around, or the Hulk somehow keeps just enough of his pants on to cover the goods. Maybe it only pops out when they go to the bathroom? I don't know.

True, they likely have a man sized doodle, but they can retract it like a normal turtle. Handily avoids 'crotch shot' you sometimes get in fights.

Although with Abomination, he might be lucky in the sense that he doesn't have the problem like the Hulk does, those tight purple pants must be squeezing his junk something fierce. No wonder the Hulk's constantly mad.

I think Fishface had his stuff go inside, at least in the manner that fish do, so his junk is not gone, but hidden. He still gets the normal male urges, but he has no way to relieve them. He's frustrated.

But yeah, you're right about the ultimate power thing. Even Bradford's Dogpound form implied he still had his junk from the pants. He might have hated his Dogpound form, but he could at least stand up to pee.
