I am definitely kidding you to a certain degree.
![]() And hey, I totally agree. But it's par for the course with this movie - every single character made the dumbest possible decisions to every single conflict throughout. The "Everything Wrong With" video just got me thinking about it again. (And my wife is a reporter, so my first thought was, "in an emergency situation, what would she know to do?" Because actual reporters have a list of emergency contacts.) The biggest plot hole of all might be how April managed to get a job at a major news organization in New York City in the first place. It's actually quite competitive, and someone of her skill level would probably end up in rural Idaho.

And if they hadn't cut it short, that "Everything Wrong With" video could easily have been as long, if not longer, than the movie itself. Sabrina f***ing Spellman was a better "journalist" than her. |
