Then he would only appear randomly and that means less of a paycheck for the voice actor. Plus I like Xever and if he remains evil he can use that bite that he hasn't used in.. 2 seasons. Gosh sometimes I think he forgot he could do that. He should have when he was up against Anton.

True. Last thing needed is to waste another villain's potential. Besides Tiger Claw and Baxter (Stockman's always a favorite of mine), I personally prefer Xever over Bradford.
Also, why [I]haven't[I] they used the bite? They should bring it back, but have him use it as a last resort if he's starting to lose. |

That's nearly what the characters should do, use moves in desperation. For example, Splinter used a rat like style in the Season 1 finale. What if the Turtles used the skills in Vision Quest if they are starting to lose in an important battle? Or the previously mentioned bite of Xever? It could work. |

At the very least, it could be done for the main characters as it would be extremely difficult to do it for everyone.
Either way, back to the topic at hand, Xever needs a better opportunity. Maybe make him a central character in a mid season 3 episode where he's not a lackey. Though a redemption arc would be interesting, it's a little too predictable unless executed correctly. Personally, I'd rather have an episode where we know more of Xever's past (same for Splinter and Shredder) while he is the main baddie. |

If that plays out, that'd be a pretty good idea for an episode, possibly make it a two parter. (I know specials are these, but some of the episodes would benefit from it) It'd be an interesting focus on two good antagonists' respective pasts and could shake up the Foot Clan in the process.

The first and only time we have seen fishface attack in the water was the vision quest. I would imagine that he would be rather lethal of a battle was taken to an aquatic level.

Maybe the writers could take him in the direction of an antihero, especially

If they do do a Mutanimals show, they really are pulling some Archie moments. That'd be interesting.I would like this, personally, but ever since Xever was introduced into the show and then mutated, I keep my fingers crossed for that type of twist with him. He's not with Shredder out of loyalty like say Tigerclaw (maybe) and Bradford. All the other mutant henchmen around aren't really around him by choice. This is why I'm hoping something happens where he does become an "anti-hero" or defect from Shredder in some way, but not join the turtles either.

I'd love to see Xever join the Mutanimals as that would be a way to keep him around.
I don't think he had anything to do with Tiger Claw's tail being cut off. I think he was just being a suck-up to get in TC's good graces since he was second in command to Shredder and Xever wanted to impress him because Shredder brought him in there.

In the recent episode the way Rahzar just pushed Fishface to the side when he was making threats at Casey just proves how pointless Fishface is becoming.
He's easily the weakest mutant in terms of fighting that Shredder has now. He either needs to get double mutated or they have to send him back to the Purple Dragons. |

If my memory serves me correctly, Xever served as the leader of the Purple Dragons back in season 1 with the episode "Never Say Xever". Due to his mutation though, Bradford as Dogpound took control of them until they became minor villains.
