Hey... more like, "TMNT: Half-ASS", am I RIGHT?!

Had to.
agreed on all accounts except for anyone never making a TMNT movie again. I'd be fine with another movie as long as someone who actually cared about it made it and made it good

Hmm. But Space Jam is more of a cartoon than a live action film, and the other two were just cameos.

I guess there are other examples as well, like Tom Hanks in The Simpsons Movie. But again that's a cartoon.

Some of you are a little over "passionate" in here. Please keep it civil.

Reporting live from the movie set?

I mean, yeah, and maybe the players simply were going to later shout a few things more clearly off or on camera for it, but still, only those involved really know what their plans are?

Well done. That's not why the movie made over $400 Million at the Box Office though...

Yeah they still haven't gotten one nickel from me for it. And since I plan to wait until I can pick it up used at FYE for $5, they probably never will. Those guys can take a leap.

turtlefanforever: I'd be with you *in theory*, but I don't trust Hollywood anymore. They're professionally stupid. Like, it's their job. An' I don't like that. Let 'em go make bad movies about something else.

I didn't pay to see it, and certainly didn't see it at the cinema. You can connect the dots from there, I'm sure.

Bay's got enough money - he ain't getting mine!

Count me in as one of those people who didn't waste their money seeing the first one.

Let's hope it's the working title but then one of the main purposes for that kind of thing is to keep things under wraps. As it's been pointed out a title like that doesn't disguise anything.

If indeed it is a working I'd make sure people like JJ Redick doesn't blurt out erroneous information like that in interviews because stuff like that can catch on very quickly. It's exactly what happened with the 2014 movie where we a complete information blackout except for stuff that intentionally leaked like the Blue Door script, the photo of children's costume all giving poor first impressions of what the movie would be.

Sadly most of this stuff ended up accurate.

Well some of them have lines and it certainly it doesn't sound like a short scene.

As I've said before this is a very un-TMNT kind of setting which is exactly the kind of thing the last movie was filled with and ended up being the kind of stuff that even the people who liked it wanted to see less of in the sequel.

Also with a rumored budget of a paltry 70 million then you wonder why they are wasting money on this.

I think defenders of this movie series should be very careful with those kinds of comments.

Fans of Bay's Tranformers series can get away with comments like that because those movies make billions.

TMNT 2014 made substantially less than The Amazing Spider-Man 2 which was seen as a failure enough to cancel that movie series. I do think we're reaching a tipping point on the idea that "they'll go see it even if they hate it" more people will be willing to stream it, more people will be willing to stick to their guns and not see it at all if they are not careful.
