Er... couldn't they just use their hands? Dudes have been doing that since the dawn of time, and it's always seem to work well.

But if they're just animals now and no longer mutated people, then it wouldn't matter anyway.

it has nothing to do with protecting young people from the knowledge of sex. it has to do with promoting moral values, nurturing compassion, and proper education. those three values or the lack there of, is the primary reason why some people are so F'd up and violent as you put it.
