I've got nothing against Stephen Amell, but I do think it's a shame that this is for real!

I still got that feeling Baxter is going to mutate into a fly.
I wonder if they will be teasing other mutants like Leatherhead and Slash.

Eh, I don't mind CG, but that image of Shredder is horrible. It looks like a screenshot from Big Hero 6, not a live action movie. And it is such a simple suit compared to the decepticon design from the last film, why go CG? Judging by this shot and the last movie, anyone who thinks that looks better than a practical suit needs to check into rehab asap.
God, I hope it looks better in the actual film... |

So, another deviation from OT's "you mutate into the last creature you're in contact with" which if I remember correctly, was only followed by the Nick series and not the other incarnations (partly because most mutants in other media eg. Splinter and Tokka/Rahzar were originally animals to begin with).
Btw even in the OT (and Nick series) there were exceptions to this "rule", such as the creation of Mutagen Man. There were also several occurrences where the mutagen was pre-contaminated with some other DNA in it before hand, such as Bebob/Rocksteady case.
