What the heck. That sucks for him if that happened, but definitely sounds like an opportunistic lawsuit, imo. Sure, it's on the hotel that a scorpion had gotten in... but for what reason would you "suffer PTSD and emotional trauma" from just getting stung by something?
 At worst, maybe you're particularly afraid of scorpions now. He wasn't exactly rushed to the hospital with an allergic reaction and a brush with death, come on.Scorpion-caused ED and ruined sex life is such an easy claim because no one is going to sit in their bedroom and ask for proof...
