Does anybody know of any bands that re-made the 80's theme song? I know of 3 really really cool versions.

Clemson TIGEROAR: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Best of College a Cappela 2006)

Cars Can be Blue: TMNT (All the Stuff We Do)

Horse The Band's version ain't that bad in overall.

But a really nice classical cover was recorded by Lucido Felice Quartet:

Nah man, the Clemson TIGEROAR version is like a real mellow stoner sounding song. But that quartet song you got there is really cool lol.

Horse make my ears and anus bleed with how horrid they are. I've heard all their music to because my roommate likes them.

I don't listen to them either, but their Turtle song is great. I can't help but grin everytime I hear the intro "Haven't you heard? music has charms to sooth the savage beast."

The 'Cars Can Be Blue Version' ticks me off.

'Stoner sounding'?? O_o That's a friggin' glee club.

I like it most out of the three mentioned in post #1, but I wouldn't consider it 'stoner sounding'.

HORSE the Band recently did a cover of the old TMNT theme for their album Pizza and I must say it is awesome. I was just wondering if anyone else had heard it. If not you should check it out.
