Just more basic turtles on modded/repainted 2k3 vehicles. I can't see how kids are interested in this crap at all. As a kid I knew when they reused figures/vehicles and it made the line feel really cheap and I'd lose interest.

If this is how it keeps going, I'm afraid we may not get the follow up to fast forward my friends.
I am sure we can write to Playmates and ask for it. They might want to use them as exclusives like Big Foot.

Not just not trying. not even thinking. There's a difference between making the line geared towards kids, and not giving kids any credit. This is just insane now. The large vehicles don't sell. They never do. The big boxed sets with goofy action features that get old after 3 minutes don't sell.... \

and yet the flood the line with them and wonder why they lose money. I don't think they get the message, because we're not their target audience. i can respct that much. They did a good job with most of the line. At 5-7 bucks a figure, they are the cheapest line, and really have a bang for the buck. But with the incessant varients, the goofy action toys, the tops, and now this.... they really really need to fire someone. Really they do.

The sad thing is those new motorcycles don't come out till Fall '08, when instead Playmates should be making figures based on the new season that starts around that time.

it could be simply because no one knows that they will be doing exactly with the show but seriously guys I agree those things never sell yet they keep making them over and over.

For the record, I have nothing against motorcycles in general. My dad owns one (and I'm happy to take rides on it), my favorite actor in the world, Ewan McGregor, is a motorcycle freak (Long Way Round = Fantastic), and I listen to a daily talk radio show that celebrates cylinders of all kinds, motorcycles included. I am just tired of all the TMNT + motorcycle toys that DON'T MAKE SENSE.

Nightwatcher + Cycle = Makes sense
Other three Turtles + random cycles that were not in movie = No sense

And now they're just recycling the Turtles w/ cycles that don't make sense again. And this same thing happened with the 2K3 series and the Next Mutation.

I agree. I'd like to get a Triple Threat with a cycle or Biggles with a police cycle. Some kind of deal like that would be worth it.

Christ, even a Biker Splinter... Just because that would be funny.

Ummmmmm how did it happen in the next mutation? every character they released with a cycle made it onto the show...hell the line didn't even last long enough for them to screw it up lol

Creepy Camo Leo and Camo Don w/ bikes. Definitely wasn't on the show. Although nothing about the whole Camo thing made sense period.

Those had minimal releases and where jet skys not moter cycles.
And I happend to think those 2 figures where really wicked at least they tried back then unlike now all the figures back then at least had newly sculpted things. & well the Camo thing did sort of make sense if you take Simon Bonesteel into consideration.
Everything now is a just re-hash after re-hash.

We're both right. Leo had a cycle, Don had a hydro skimmer.

Ah ic ok buuut the cycle isn't the same as Raphaels just repainted it's an entire new sculpt.
I wouldn't mind just like I don't mind then they at least sculpt new heads on figures if thats what they did now but they don't.
But I honestly don't care though I never buy any of the turtles anyways unless they come with something I want like the correct sized devil that comes with the new movie raphael.

Looky! Even MORE TMNT toys.... these are mini's...even mini's of the vehicles.

I dunno tho...I think of all these I want the Leo - Hun set....just cuz I've never seen a Hun action figure before. It looks bad tho. The mini Triceraton that comes with Raph (Traximus?? ) is cute...then again so's the Rat King that comes with Mike. Mike looks evil with those blue eyes....

What i find annoying is that they are making pointless products they do this for not just TMNT, but other popular toy lines too! For me those 4 aliens are the only things i like in the spring 08 line. I also just hope they make Inuwashi Gunjin and Triple Threat!
