Okay, this just surfaced on the 5th Turtle.... so is this a sign of things to come, or just an action figure? Either way, we finally get the "Utrom SHredder" we've been waiting for.

Of course, now I'm actually psyched about this new series.

IF they're going to bring the Shredder back for the 2k8 season (notice that I said "SEASON", NOT "SERIES", here, and which I honestly hope that they DON'T, as I am just SO sick of him that it isn't even funny!), this has to be THE lamest looking thing that I've EVER seen. I hope it's JUST an action figure, and he's NOT coming back. They (meaning Peter and 4Kruds) need to come up with fresher, new villians than Shredder. I think that I was one of the few TMNT fans who was more than a little happy to see him end up on that ice-asteroid at the end of Season 3.

*makes face at the following thought* But IF they bring him back, they bring him back. It's not like WE have any say in the matter, anyway. Although I DO wish that Pete had taken a page out of Rick Ungar's book, who actually ASKED us BMFM fans what WE wanted to see in the new series when he was in the process of bringing IT back. Rick and the animation folks actually WANTED OUR creative input for the show. But does Peter and those ninnies at 4Kruds?! Noooooooo!!!

Which is NOT to say that I WON'T be tuning in and watching the new eps when they finally air. I'm just TOO much of a devoted TMNT fan NOT to. Shredder, or no Shredder coming back. Not gonna LIKE it IF he does, but I'll STILL watch.

As for getting THAT action-figure, nu-uh. I don't buy the bad guy ones; just the good guys (AKA the Turtles and their allies/friends).

I sure hope Ch'rell doesn't show up again. That would be really tiring... he came back from the "dead" too many times as it is. I'm content for him to stay a popsicle on some remote asteroid while the Turtles find someone else to fight.

Honestly, I don't know WHO was the worst when it came to "excessive resurrections", Shredder/Ch'rell OR Baxter. Take your pick.

I'd say this is far, far different than just "Cyber Suits" for the Turtles and anyone who thinks this is an exclusive is just fooling themselves.

I got my "Utrom-less" seasons, and any TMNT season is going to have Shredder in it...even FF in some convulted time-traveling manner. F*ck the fans bored of him, I'd like to see him back for a few episodes (probably for the finale).

And whilst I was sick of Ch'rell myself, I like that toy design. If Ch'rell were'nt in it, nobody would be complaining, there just following fashionable opinion. I don't think the "fans" should be dictating to the company what to do either, as they can be just as stifling and as petty in their decisions and reactions as 4Kids or Peter with the infant Turtles and reboot ideas. TMNT is'nt YOUR show, so bloody accept that it is'nt. It belongs to a large audience, and that audience would love an idea like this.

It's a message board...I was gonna let these A holes drive me away but I had to sit and laugh about it.

I actually think it looks awesome. It's certainly a creative direction for the Shredder. I always thought the Utrom's fate seemed unresolved. People may have hated that he was an Utrom, but he was the best Shredder.

Tengu Shredder was kinda lame...Trust me, I hate to say it...but he just came off as kinda cheesy to me. Who knows, maybe it was the fact that he was hovering all over new york city zapping stuff.

Tengu Shedder was stupid. He always talk big and then someone strike him hard and he shouts: WHAT!

Watch New World order part 2 and count how many times he yells "what" when someone hits him.

Chrell is the best Shedder but I think it would be cooler if there was another nasty Utrom who fight TMNT. Why not make those three council Utroms bad and Turtles would become guardians and those three evil Utroms would use Underground -episodes cities power to do something evil, like steal Ninja Tribunals powers.

I'm on the fence on this one. On the one hand I would like to see more orginal villans come into the story and have the turtles deal with them as well as see some villans that have been under used become promenent in the story. Like the Rat King, and maybe some Battle nexus characters too. But on the other hand Shredder/cherell can still have some potencial if pulled off right. I guess I'm just going to have to wait and see.

Yeah, we never did find out if Ch'rell got frozen or rescued from that asteroid. If he comes back, then it means that some other Utroms or someone else managed to rescue Ch'rell and bring him back. I, for one, am looking forward to seeing how this plays out.
