WOWIO Letters...

When we actually start paying for the Volume 4 stuff on WOWIO does anyone know if the letters section will be included? I noticed it's painfully absent on the freebies and the letters is a section I enjoy.

Anyone heard on this?

I'm not aware of plans for Wowio to start charging money...

Wowio will NEVER be a pay service. The letters section is included with Issue 29 on Wowio.

Really? I thought the new issues of Volume 4, excluding 29 would be a pay service. Could have sworn I read that somewhere.

Otherwise Volume 4 will be completely... Free?

I haven't read the WOWIO #29 yet. I have the actual comic, so I don't know.

None of my other WOWIO's have letters though. Does anyone elses? I only read a few WOWIO's (The ones I couldn't seem to ever get in my collection) and that's all I've seen.

As for charging, Peter originally said he would charge a small fee. But upon reading the letters in #29 finally (Funny that this was about letters and yet I hadn't finished reading them, lol) he says it'll be free. He's simply revised his original statement which said there would probably be a small fee and now he says it'll be free.

Which is, to say, awesome. I was under the impression that he was going to make Vol. 4 available online but it would still cost a couple bucks. Now it turns out this is not the case, which is great.

Though I do hope that the letters section continues to be in the comic as I have always been a big fan of hearing the author's thoughts on stuff, on topic and off. Letters sections have always been one of my favorite portions of comics and it's a real shame so few comic books do it nowadays.

Volume 4 being free, boggles my mind, but I certainly appreciate it. Though I'll likely continue to collect the physical form as well.

Well, that's why Peter is charging $10 for the physical one. If the Wowio issues weren't free, then I'm sure the physical book would be cheaper.

Vol 4 is free up to a point. Issue 29 is available on Wowio and at ninjaturtles.com to read. There's also the physical copy to buy for $10 plus S/H.

But Wowio is 100% free. Mirage DOES get money for each download tho cuz there's advertisers.
